A Gas Buy-Down is where Victory Life Center pumps the gas, cleans the car windows, and gives each customer .25 for each gallon of gas they purchase.

The Gas Buy-Down is a way for our church to reach out to the community and share God's love and to give hope. Along with giving people a few bucks we are able to encourage individuals and pray for those who need prayer. We also give out Free Bibles.
